Resources in uncertain times

It is normal to feel stressed and apprehensive during these unprecedented times. As we move to alternative methods of instruction to lessen the spread of COVID-19, below is a list of resources in the community that can help during this time.

Mental health resources

Wellness counseling at Diablo Valley College through Rainbow Community Center interns.  The Wellness Interns are available Monday - Friday for appointments via Zoom.

While sheltering at home, it you are not able to talk freely, you can chat online through Zoom during your session.

Wellness Interns are trainees who have completed their degree and are gaining required hours for their license. They are here to offer brief therapy, which is free and students may meet with a Wellness Counselor up to five sessions.

Disaster distress hotline
