HOW TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT

  • You will need to know your DVC Student ID #. (If you do not know your student ID number, please contact Welcome Services.)
  • If you are a new student to DVC, fill out the online admissions application. A confirmation email will be sent to you with information about your student ID #. 
  • New students may meet with a counselor through the Counseling 095 class.  Please complete the Steps to Enroll.

Transcripts: If you have attended another college or university, please make sure that your official sealed transcripts arrive at the DVC Admission and Records Office at least two weeks prior to your counseling appointment.

Send your official sealed transcripts to: DVC Admissions and Records Office, 321 Golf Club Road, Pleasant Hill, CA 94523.  If you have questions call 925-685-1310.

 

TO SCHEDULE A REMOTE COUNSELING APPOINTMENT 

Your counselor will contact you through your Insite email, text or phone call with meeting instructions.

For transcript evaluations, please call 925-969-2140 (official transcripts must be on file)

Once logged into the ESARS System, please select from ONE of the types of counseling that best suits your needs.
